Warehouse Associate

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate - Freezer Driver to join our team at 1-800-Flowers, Inc. This role will involve operating a double reach forklift, electric pallet jacks, and an RF scan gun to efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate a double reach forklift, electric pallet jacks, and an RF scan gun to move materials and products within the warehouse
* Maintain accurate records and inventory levels
* Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve production goals
* Work in varying temperatures, ranging from -10 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
* Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time
