Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work full-time with a school district. The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children and be familiar with IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders and delays
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
  • Collaborate with other members of the educational team, including teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Missouri SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
