Job Description

At Dynamic Service Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring seamless document management, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Management: Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  2. Record Keeping: Accurately record and update information in our database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various tasks as needed.
  4. File Retrieval: Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff members, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • 1-2 Years of Administrative Experience: Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Required
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Essential

Working Conditions:
