CCMS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our beachfront resort condominium complex in Port Aransas, TX. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a maintenance manager or supervisor and possess strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for providing direction and evaluating the performance of maintenance and grounds personnel, scheduling maintenance tasks and repairs, and overseeing vendor repairs and duties. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Competitive pay and an excellent benefits package are offered. Some properties may offer a live-on-site position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and evaluate the performance of maintenance and grounds personnel
  • Schedule maintenance tasks and repairs, review work performed, and sign off on projects
  • Obtain bids from contractors and schedule work to be completed
  • Oversee vendor repairs and duties, sign off on completion before payment is released
  • Strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail are essential
