Salary
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $56.00 to $65.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for physical therapists to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children.
Job Description
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist at SPG Therapy & Education, you will be responsible for determining eligibility for physical therapy through evaluation, including standardized assessments, functional outcome measures, observations, and interviews. You will establish a plan of care with individualized SMART goals and provide accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with legal guidelines. Additionally, you will design and implement treatment through 1:1 direct, motor groups, and consultation services, engaging in active and effective collaboration and communication with children, colleagues, professionals, and caregivers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a CA Physical Therapy license or eligibility pending. A love for helping children reach their potential, highly developed interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration, establishing therapeutic rapport in a child-centered environment, fingerprint background clearance, and tuberculosis (TB) clearance are also essential requirements.
