Job Summary:

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Multifamily Property Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our residents and delivering outstanding results.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties. As a Multifamily Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and financial management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Resident Services: Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, improve resident satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintenance and Facilities: Ensure timely and efficient maintenance of properties, including responding to resident requests, managing vendor relationships, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Manage property budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in multifamily property management, preferably with experience in affordable housing programs. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

FPI Management, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
