Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offers a unique opportunity for an experienced psychiatrist to lead our behavioral health department in a community-focused clinic. Our organization, The Inline Group, has served the greater Pittsburgh area for over 20 years.

As a psychiatric director, you will oversee comprehensive whole-person care and patient-centered treatment for new and existing mental health conditions. This includes collaborating with primary care providers and mental health services, prescribing medication, and referring patients for specialized consultations.

You will also serve as the director of the behavioral health department, assisting in the development of on-site behavioral health services. A strong understanding of community health settings is preferred but not required, as we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

To be successful in this role, you must have a PA license and experience working in a community health setting. You will enjoy a competitive salary of $223,000 - $254,000 based on your level of experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
