About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel LPN to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced LPN to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitor patients' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LPN license and current certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
