Job Summary

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Lower East Side Health Center in New York City. As an integral part of our collaborative care team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based primary care to our patients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Family Nurse Practitioner N.Y.S. License and have at least two years of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care/Ambulatory Care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide comprehensive healthcare services
Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a generous benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team providing care to medically underserved communities throughout New York City.
