Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, support healthcare providers, and collaborate with patients and families to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
- Support healthcare providers by gathering patient information, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with patients and families to educate them on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program and be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Tennessee. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is also preferred.
