We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Product Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate makeup techniques, and maintain visual standards in our airport store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Advise customers on the use of MAC Beauty products and other store items
- Provide timely, welcoming, and professional service to all customers at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
- Demonstrate makeup tutorials to customers and share expert knowledge
- Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items
- Operate POS systems, cash, and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with the team to keep displays fresh and restock products
- Participate in training and education sessions
- Get involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions
- Help with inventory preparation and accuracy
- High school diploma required, college degree a plus
- Experience in the cosmetic field, sales, and application
- 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change
- Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Moderate physical effort required
- Moving and setting up displays and event materials
- Ability to stand for almost 8 hours at the counter
