Customer Service Representative

GFL Environmental is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to promote our solid waste services to businesses and industrial establishments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and working closely with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-road employees to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Track customer information and concerns, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
