About the Role

As an RN Fellow, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in emergency unit care, working alongside experienced preceptors and taking part in a structured curriculum. With a focus on whole-person care, we empower our nurses to make a meaningful impact on patient lives.

  • A competitive salary of $61,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
