Job Summary:

The Clinical Patient Safety Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, their families, and colleagues. This position requires a professional and compassionate demeanor, with a commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions to address specific safety needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized, evidence-based, therapeutic interventions to address specific safety needs
  • Being an active member of and contributor to the interdisciplinary team
  • Utilizing safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient, and patient-centered communication

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of AS degree in health care, mental health, or human services related field preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Pro-ACT crisis intervention training preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-time positions are a commitment of 36 hours/week (3 12-hour shifts). At this time, we do not offer per diem for this role. Currently, we have openings for our Night shift (7pm - 7:30am). Full-time and part-time openings available.
