Job Summary
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will provide safe, competent, and quality care to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care by incorporating the principles of Relationship Centered Care and the nursing process.
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, applying critical thinking skills to patient care management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse with current registration in New York State.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program.
