About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Acute Medical Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and psychological needs, developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Foster quality of care by communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory guidelines and hospital policies.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution or associate degree with commitment to complete BSN within 4 years.
- A valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as required by the unit or service.
