Nurse Manager Community Care

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Community Care Department as a Nurse Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Registered Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses in the Community Care Department
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- At least 2 years of professional nursing experience in a leadership role
- CITC experience preferred
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 0730-1600. Telework is not available for this position.
