Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule employee shifts and ensure admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow.
  • Ensure that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner.
  • Assign patients to appropriate health practitioners.

Requirements:
  • FL RN (Registered Nurse) license
