Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Referral and Admissions Specialist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting student referral reviews and providing admission services for our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with student referral sources, including social services agencies, school districts, and educational consultants.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to all parties involved in the referral process.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of referral documents and information.
  • Schedule and conduct student interviews and observations, and provide tours of our programs.
  • Ensure all required admission paperwork is received and completed.
  • Conduct post-admission follow-up, including ensuring funding and contract documents are in place, state reporting requirements are met, and out-of-state insurance and Medicaid approvals are secured.
  • Analyze and report on student and funder surveys as needed.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • A solid understanding of various state systems of care.
  • A current valid driver's license from the state of residence.
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check, as well as checks for DCF abuse and neglect, sex offender registry, and federal fingerprinting.
