Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Benefits Advisor to join our team at Globe Life AIL - Bobbi Woods. As a Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for explaining insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom, developing and calculating suitable plans based on clients' needs, and resolving client inquiries and complaints. You will also be expected to expand business reach through networking techniques, comply with insurance standards and regulations, and attend ongoing training sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Explain insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Have knowledge of mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, etc
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
  • Attend ongoing training sessions
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service/call center or other related HR fields is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be 18 years old
