Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and local market conditions. Job Description

  • Review and execute lease agreements with new residents, ensuring a seamless transition into their new homes.
  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, providing them with personalized tours of our properties and answering any questions they may have.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential residents and drive sales growth.
  • Manage resident relations, responding promptly to concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Process rental applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the leasing process.

Requirements

To succeed as a Leasing Consultant at Blue Ridge Companies, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
