Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Table Games team as a Table Games Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and mastering various table games, including Blackjack, and assisting in the supervision of our Table Games Department.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and master all aspects of Table Games, including rules, procedures, and protocols
  • Assist in the supervision of Table Games Team Members, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to departmental standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of casino promotions and player club tracking systems
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Nisqually Tribal Member
  • Willingness to study toward and earn a GED or high school diploma
  • 6 months experience dealing with Blackjack and completion of Table Games Dealer class
  • Ability to learn all aspects of Table Games
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures, accept guidance, and correct actions
  • Ability to learn and use basic computer skills
  • Ability to work within time constraints and stay on task
  • Ability to learn communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
  • Positive guest service and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License
