Job Description

This position provides support to the Associate Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs in the College of Education at North Carolina State University. The successful candidate will interact daily with the Associate Dean to coordinate, solve problems, execute tasks, and provide administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Associate Dean to prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Solve problems and address issues that arise in the daily operations of the office.
  • Execute tasks and projects assigned by the Associate Dean.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Associate Dean and other staff members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience working in an academic or administrative setting is preferred.
