Job Description

At AlignHR Oregon, we are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Electrician Apprentice to join our team. As an Apprentice to the Low Voltage Electric Journeyman, you will be responsible for the installation and service of all Secure Pacific alarm systems and equipment in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete understanding of the proper techniques for installing and servicing Secure Pacific alarm systems and equipment.
  • Complete installations as scheduled and coordinated by the Installation Supervisor & Installation Coordinator.
  • Troubleshoot, service, and apply preventive maintenance of all Secure Pacific alarm systems and equipment.
  • Complete all paperwork associated with the installation of customer's systems and forward such paperwork to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain and operate assigned vehicles in accordance with company policy.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing of ladders and crawling through attics, crawl spaces, etc.
  • Frequent standing for long periods of time in the performance of job duties.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
  • Some electronics schooling preferred.
  • Working towards Limited Energy Journeyman's license preferred.
  • One year of alarm installation experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
