Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a licensed Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, creating effective treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance recovery and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities- Collects and records patient care data, following format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
- Prepares for evaluations, obtaining patient history, and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and patients.
- Provides education/training to patients and their support systems, focusing on ADLs/IADLs, therapeutic activities, rehabilitation equipment prescription, and community reintegration.
- Oversees support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, with Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in the appropriate state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR License and experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral, written communication, clinical decision-making skills, and work ethic.
