About the Role

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. You will work closely with our dietitians to develop menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes
- Adjust recipes as necessary to meet residents' nutritional and age-specific needs
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in food service industry preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
