About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Advanced Pain Management of Virginia. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new patients to determine their suitability for our services and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure they meet or exceed expectations
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Supervise and administer injections, as well as provide education on proper injection techniques
  • Collaborate with our team to recruit new patients and grow our practice
Requirements
  • Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
  • Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in the applicable state
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a private practice setting
  • Experience with joint injections preferred
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, with occasional travel required to local meetings and training sessions.
