About the Role:

The Facilities Maintenance Associate position at ABM is a key role in ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of our facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform a variety of tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain building floors, walls, and fixtures, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
  • Notify management of minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish effective communication with clients, co-workers, and management
  • Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must meet all requirements for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable)
