Employment Benefits
- This is a hospital-employed position, offering employment benefits with a value exceeding $65,000 annually.
- We provide highly competitive compensation, including a sign-on bonus, non-production incentive, and loan repayment opportunities.
- The base salary for this position is $421,200 per year, plus incentives, making it an attractive opportunity for skilled ER physicians.
- Additionally, you will receive extra shift bonus pay and have access to 120 hours of PTO per year.
- An annual CME allowance of $4,000 is also provided to support your ongoing professional development.

Requirements and Qualifications
- To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be board-certified within three years of becoming eligible.
- Completion of an ER Residency Program or ER Fellowship is also required.
