We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care physician to join our well-established program at Alpha Medical Partners. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals in outpatient and inpatient palliative care medicine.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained Palliative Care physician with experience in supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). You will have the chance to utilize EPIC EMR and contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality palliative care services to patients and families
  • Work closely with APPs to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with geriatric medicine and transitional care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Fellowship training in Palliative Care
  • Experience working with and supervising APPs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
