Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, review, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Oversee the quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members, Client, and other project stakeholders.
  • Conduct inspections and write reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or greater from accredited university in architecture, construction management, and/or engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in construction or construction-related field(s).

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and via emails.
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  • Must be able to visit a construction job site and maneuver around and through construction activities.
