Account Development Representative

Martignetti Companies, a leading provider of wine and spirits services, is seeking an experienced Account Development Representative to join our team in Connecticut.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth across our portfolio of brands.
Main Responsibilities- Build new relationships with key accounts and expand existing ones to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure optimal product placement and promote Martignetti's services
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage marketing materials and drive sales initiatives
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales and account development, preferably in the wine and spirits industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Connecticut driver's license and vehicle registration
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
