Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St. Mary's Health Care System. The successful candidate will provide direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living as prescribed by the facility's philosophies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents in all activities of daily living
  • Implement care plans as prescribed by the facility's philosophies, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care

Requirements:

  • Current Georgia LPN license
  • Vocational/Specialized Training, Communication skills HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
