About the Role:

Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our multidisciplinary PACT team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals served and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide treatment, rehabilitation services, and skills training to support individuals in all areas of functioning.
  • Collaborate with natural supports and extended networks to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with providers of detoxification and substance use treatment services.
  • Complete required documentation, service notes, and outcomes reporting.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle.
  • Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred.
  • Excellent writing, computer, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate crises and work in pressured situations.
