Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer to lead our product design team in creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of consumer-facing digital experiences, including mobile apps and websites, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure design solutions meet business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that delivers a consistent and on-brand experience throughout all of our digital experiences.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure products meet user needs.
  • Partner with other designers to create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing others; preferably a team.
  • Expertise in designing and launching mobile applications for the most current iOS and Android versions.
  • Experience designing mobile-first and responsive web pages.
  • Hands-on experience with design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma, and Invision.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices and trends.
  • Strong understanding of information hierarchy and typography.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of how data and qualitative research inform product and design decisions.
