Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Catering Supervisor who is ready to create memorable moments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, operating independently and with a team, and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
  • Supervise catering staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly.
  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event.
  • Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Adapt to shifting event locations within the arena.
Requirements:
  • Friendly and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere.
  • Work both independently and with a team.
  • Organized individual with strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in catering or a high-volume environment required.
  • Supervisory experience in high-end food & beverage environment preferred.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled.
