Job Summary: Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, modification, and maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and facilities. This role involves tracking engineering expenses, ensuring capital budgeting compliance, and supporting production to achieve cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Installation: Oversee the design, installation, and modification of plant equipment, buildings, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Engineering Expenses: Track and manage engineering expenses to ensure capital budgeting compliance.
  • Team Support: Train and assist team members on the production floor to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Performance Management: Identify performance issues and recommend strategies for cost and waste reduction.
  • Project Management: Assist with cost estimates, project justification, budgeting, design reviews, and oversee installations to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Research and Development: Investigate new equipment, systems, and processes to enhance plant operations and improve efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Contractor Oversight: Manage contractors and audit their work to ensure adherence to safety practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance teams. Preferred experience in equipment design, project engineering, or plant management.
  • Skills: Proficiency with computer-based technology, CAD drawings, and schematics. Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. Experience programming and debugging programming languages, with strong troubleshooting skills for machine problems. Knowledge in designing electrical control systems and modern safety control systems.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $76,000 to $142,000, with full relocation assistance and negotiable sign-on bonus.
