Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our team at Mass Pipeline Services Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Safety Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures, shoring, trenching, and installation of underground utilities, with safety as top priority.
• Project Coordination: Interface with Project Managers, Inspectors, Site Supervisor, Client Representative, other contractors, etc. to ensure project success.
• Work Planning: Plan work ahead, prioritize tasks, and communicate plans to crew members to ensure efficient execution.
• Team Management: Assign tasks, train new workers, and monitor work performance to maintain specifications, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in building construction trades, knowledge of placing underground conduit, manholes, rodding, and roping conduit, asphalt placement, and frame raising.
• Certifications: Valid Drivers License, Safety certifications (Osha 10 minimum), DOT Medical Examiners Certificate

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
