Job Overview

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Stoughton, Massachusetts. This full-time role involves working with a K-12 caseload and requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication, a Massachusetts SLP license, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, paid weekly (W-2), with medical benefits, dental, vision, and 401k. Our company offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the skills and qualifications of our team members.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with varying abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication, with a focus on pediatric populations.
  • Current Massachusetts SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children.
  • Familiarity with local education systems and policies.
