Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to help patients regain their independence and well-being through exercise and the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
  • Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and other team members, and provide education to patients' families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws.
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
