Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Child Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Lead Child Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing our curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with parents to provide exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Requirements

To be successful as a Lead Child Educator, you will need to have outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. You should also have a valid CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain one. Physical requirements include being able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
