Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and improving factory performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing system performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve process flow.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet or exceed cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other functions to execute projects that modify the factory footprint, change the layout of factory equipment, and/or add new capability.
  • Support competitive bids, factory proposals, business case development for future investments, and Make/Buy/Where analyses.
  • Participate in factory safety and ergonomic improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of applicable industrial engineering experience or applicable master's degree.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
