Position Overview:


Assist in the efficient operation of dining establishments by preparing beverages, performing general tasks, handling cash transactions, and executing food preparation and cooking responsibilities essential for restaurant functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all policies set forth by CONCESSIONS INTERNATIONAL, LLC regarding cash management, operational standards, personal presentation, conduct, and interactions with guests and employees. Ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including but not limited to waste disposal, dishwashing, floor maintenance, table and countertop cleaning, food preparation areas, display cases, and equipment upkeep.
  • Grasp brewing techniques and principles.
  • Recognize the significance of coffee bean and water quality.
  • Exhibit the ability to craft and serve visually appealing beverages.
  • Oversee team members during shifts.
  • Execute opening procedures, including food prep, inventory management, and display setup.
  • Carry out closing tasks, such as product storage and thorough cleaning of the restaurant and its equipment.
  • Perform food preparation tasks.
  • Prepare dishes according to established recipes.
  • Guarantee exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, greeting each customer, maintaining high standards, possessing solid product knowledge, and addressing all facets of customer service.
  • Stay informed about all promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Verify cash registers and complete necessary documentation at the start and end of shifts.
  • Adhere to procedures for cash, credit, traveler's checks, and voucher transactions.
  • Promptly process voids in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide customers with detailed product knowledge.
  • Communicate customer requests to management effectively.
  • Maintain an organized appearance of the register area and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Utilize information from Standard Operating Procedures manuals to comply with company policies.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Decision-Making Authority:


This position requires daily judgment in managing financial transactions and providing information to management and external parties. For technical or policy-related decisions, consult with the Accounts Payable Manager, General Manager, or corporate finance.

Education and Experience:


A high school diploma or equivalent educational background; or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience. Flexibility in work hours and schedule is required.


Language Proficiency:

Ability to read and understand simple instructions. Proficient in communicating information effectively in both individual and small group settings with customers and colleagues. Additionally, the ability to comprehend the English language in both written and verbal forms.


Mathematical Proficiency:

Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.


Reasoning Skills:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic forms.
