Medical Assessor for Veterans in Redding CA

MRG Exams is a leading provider of medical assessments for the US Veteran community. As an Audiologist with MRG Exams, you will play a crucial role in helping Veterans access the benefits they deserve.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to conduct medical assessments on Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting audiometric tests, completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and providing detailed reports to support the VA's decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audiometric tests, including Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests
• Complete DBQs in a computer portal to provide detailed medical evidence
• Review medical records and assess the medical history of each Veteran
• Provide clear and concise reports to support the VA's decision-making process
Requirements
• Au.D degree from an ASHA-accredited school
• Current license as an Audiologist
• Meets credentialing requirements set forth by the VA

Schedule
This is an IN-PERSON position, working 2-3 days per week, with flexible scheduling and no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
