Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $123,795 - $143,800 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Portland, Oregon, and Salt Lake City, UT. About the Role

This strategic asset performance leadership role requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills and experience in managing day-to-day activities, supporting asset performance-related activities, and establishing business objectives, strategies, and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, finance, or accounting, with a minimum of seven years of experience in an applicable field. A bachelor's degree in one of these fields or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify policies and practices to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support all asset performance-related activities, prioritize maintenance, and capital investments within the 10-year plan.
  • Analyze company-owned assets, develop new asset reliability practices, and communicate plans with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with groups to analyze and develop capital projects, ensuring high reliability, risk mitigation, and customer service.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in an applicable field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a functional or direct supervisory role.
  • Candidates with an Engineering degree are preferred.
