Supporting Students with Behavioral Needs in a School Setting

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs in a school setting. As an RBT at Ro Health, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral support and education to students ranging from pre-K to high school.
Role OverviewThis role focuses on implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques in a school setting. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized behavioral plans. Your goal will be to help students achieve their behavioral goals and succeed in the learning process.

Responsibilities- Providing one-on-one support to students in a school setting
- Implementing ABA techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Developing and implementing personalized behavioral plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in childcare and/or ABA
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Calm, clear, and concise communication skills
- The ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds
