Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza of Utah. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of our store outlets, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage budgets and maintain financial and statistical records to ensure profitability and productivity.
  • Deal with customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee stock and pricing control to maximize profitability.
  • Motivate staff to meet sales targets and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Prepare promotional displays and materials to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Liaise with management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Commercial awareness and confidence in decision-making.
  • Resourcefulness and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and numerical skills to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong IT skills to manage store operations and sales data.
  • Enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
