At Foss Swim School, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching children of all ages life-saving skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, following the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for students, promoting swimmer safety and teaching life-enriching skills.
• Build strong relationships with students and their parents, providing regular progress updates and feedback.
• Support and demonstrate our four Cultural Pillars: Connect, Collaborate, Empower, and Belong.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of fun and learning.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable working in a pool setting.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
