Working alongside a team of experienced technicians, you'll ensure the paintwork and interiors meet our high standards. From repairing and replacing small parts to performing paint retouching and waxing, you'll bring out the best in every vehicle. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cosmetic inspections of vehicles to identify areas for improvement
  • Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are in good working order
  • Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, and waxing to restore vehicles to their original condition
  • Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: washing, waxing, cleaning, and buffing, masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint; removing and replacing small parts, carrying out minor repairs
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Customer focus and attention to detail
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
