About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Spring Health. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative software solutions that support our mission to revolutionize mental healthcare.

Your primary focus will be on leading a high-impact product initiative, acting as a technical leader and contributing across various facets of engineering. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to rapidly innovate and ensure the product aligns with the company's mission and goals.

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of modern healthcare SaaS platforms and their architecture. Experience working with healthcare infrastructure, applied AI/ML, and/or early-stage startups is a plus. If you have a passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the mental healthcare space, we encourage you to apply.
